MorEng is a specialized aerospace, defence, and nuclear recruitment firm supporting organizations across Canada. We were founded by a talent leader who spent years inside aerospace and defence, in both agency recruitment and in-house talent acquisition, and saw how few recruitment partners truly understand technical complexity, regulated environments and the real cost of a mis-hire.
We recruit engineering, technical and executive leadership roles, including confidential C-suite, director and senior management searches, for clients ranging from emerging space and defence startups to established primes. We work as an extension of your team, with ownership, industry context and no volume-driven shortcuts.

Community and Inclusion
The next generation of engineers should reflect the people they build for. MorEng is an advocate and ally for women in engineering, technical and leadership roles, and we believe that starts early. We mentor students and early career engineers through industry mentorship events, and we are building partnerships with universities and colleges to spark interest before career paths are set. Every search we run is inclusive and respects the citizenship and clearance rules under ITAR and the Controlled Goods Program.
Meet the MorEng Team
Hoss, Managing Director at MorEng, brings over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership within aerospace and defence environments. He previously served as Director of Talent Acquisition for an aerospace and defence organization spanning North America, leading regulated hiring programs to deliver critical technical talent. He has also led executive search mandates across engineering and technical hiring, placing senior talent for fast-scaling and enterprise organizations. He leads MorEng full-time.

Her approach is relationship-first, focused on team dynamics, leadership style, and growth trajectory. Her focus is simple.
