MorEng is a specialized aerospace, defence, and nuclear engineering recruitment firm supporting organizations across Canada.
We were founded by a talent leader with hands-on experience in both agency recruitment and in-house talent acquisition inside aerospace and defence. Years of supporting complex engineering programs from the inside made one gap obvious. Few recruitment partners actually understand technical complexity, regulated environments, and the real cost of a mis-hire.
Aerospace, defence, and nuclear organizations operate under unique pressures. Programs are complex, timelines are unforgiving, compliance is non-negotiable, and hiring mistakes carry long-term risk. MorEng was built for those realities.

Hoss, Head of Talent Acquisition at MorEng, brings over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership within aerospace and defence environments. He previously served as Director of Talent Acquisition for an aerospace and defence organization spanning North America, leading regulated hiring programs to deliver critical technical talent. He has also led executive search mandates across engineering and technical hiring, placing senior talent for fast-scaling and enterprise organizations. He leads MorEng full-time.
